At Arthur Apparel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all full-priced items. Please ensure garments are in their original condition with all tags attached to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to print at home and attach to your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely place your items in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized courier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
